Discovery Phase:
We help you to understand what Compliance Mark (CM) can do. We start with a demo of CM as an introduction to CM principles and concepts. We will also explain the "CM Customer Support Road Map". We will show you how CM can be configured to fit your organization.

Set up Phase:
Here you will learn the details of CM. You will receive a Welcome to CM packet that will include important documents such as CM Principles and Concepts and CM Best Practices. We will work with you as we set up your CM so that it will reflect your organization and meet your needs. This includes entering the documents into CM, and getting final sign-off on the content before we publish (go-live) with the system.

Training Phase:
We train your CM Administrators. The training session typically lasts 2 to 3 hours, and they will receive a CM Administrator Training document, and be shown and go through the Automated Help, which they can go back and review at any time.

Use Phase:
Help is always available in many forms.
  • Help is always available for Administrators by clicking on the Automated Help link on the Administrator Operations page
  • Help is always available for Employees by clicking on the Employee Help link on the Employee Operations page
  • The Help Desk can be called during business hours for immediate needs.
