This is important because when you update or release a new policy everyone will want to view the policy right away, and if you have
a large number of employees you will run into trouble. Also when deadlines for reading policies comes around everyone that has not
read their policies will be trying to access the system.

- In Compliance Mark documents are broken out into sections. This allows the employee to acknowledge individual sections
of a document. This has many benefits.
- If the document has many sections, the employee can read a few sections
and come back later and know which sections remain to be read.
- The employee must click through each section and acknowledge it, ensuring
that the employee had to go through the entire document.
- We also mark which sections of the document have been updated so that the employee will know which
sections were modified and thus which ones they need to review.
Employee review is thus streamlined by the knowledge of which sections must be reviewed.
- Tracking changes at the section level gives reporting capabilities at a finer grain
than tracking at the document level only would permit.
