    Compliance Mark 2.0 Now CM may be used as a document repository! Reference documents may now be stored for untracked viewing, including the ability to search documents for key words or phrases.

    The list of new features include the following:

    • You may now choose to send email notifications when a document is assigned or updated.
    • You can now generate a PDF file of a document in the system. This allows you to save or print a document or any part of it.
    • There is now a search feature for both employees and administrators. It allows for searching on a word or phrase in a document or section title or section content, displaying the results in an easily accessible form.
    • Now documents that do not require tracking can be stored in CM. When these documents are assigned, they will appear in optional reading lists.
